Three Natural Sixes (1997) Hopscotch Records #5 Test Pressing (Alternate Version) - There is a very rare version of this EP with entirely different takes of all songs. A couple test pressings were made of the record but the band wanted to make some changes so they went back in and re-recorded the tracks. This version was then released as Three Natural Sixes. The alternate takes remain unreleased. 1st Pressing - Black vinyl, silver labels, no Hopscotch logo on label, Gatefold sleeve, clear Hopscotch Logo w/ Cardiff address, 1000 Copies, some with inserts. 2nd Pressing - Pressing error - all 300 records were supposed to be opaque, marble pink, but they came back transparent pink. 10 were kept, the rest sent back to the plant and destroyed. Sleeves are the same as 3rd pressing (details below). 3rd Pressing - The correct pink - opaque and marbled. 300 copies, gatefold sleeve, Valencia address pasted over Cardiff address. The sleeve is also higher quality with higher contrast and brighter whites/darker blacks. Some with inserts. 4th Pressing - Transparent red, 300 copies, top loading sleeve, thicker paper, new black logo with a skull in the second "O" in Hopscotch. 5th Pressing (Version A) - Black vinyl with gold labels and Hopscotch logo. Sleeve is same as 4th pressing, suggesting they might have been done together or near each other. 500 of these were pressed. 5th Pressing (Version B) - Black vinyl with all black labels. Sleeve is exact same as version A. Basically there were not enough labels for all the records pressed, so when they ran out they slapped all-black labels on instead of making more gold ones. Definitely rarer than version A but not impossible to find. Dancing Shoes (1998) Die Young Stay Pretty #003 Vinyl: Black Vinyl, 45RPM, Two versions - One with small spindle hole and one with a large spindle hole (cutting off part of the Die Young Stay Pretty logo). Cover: Opens downward (closed only on bottom edge) Etchings: The large and small hole versions have an etching discrepancy - the small hole version has some info that large hole version does not. Not quite sure if this is two different pressings or just a meaningless occurance. I'm researching this.
